Shayan Roadheader, in order to mechanize the excavation of urban and non-urban tunnels, including underground mining, water and waste water, roads, railways and subways, has been produced according to international standards. Shayan Roadheader has been designed by using high quality equipment and considering quality management standards, climatic and geological conditions, conditions and environment of underground excavating workshop, economic and technical feasibility of engineering (in terms of tunnel engineering), and due to its suitable dimensions, powerful components, reliable hydraulic system, wire and wireless control panel and other technical features, is able to carry materials continuously in high tonnage, specially for tunneling with operational difficulties. This product can significantly help tunneling industries, underground mines and other underground structure construction projects using mechanized tunneling systems and mechanization. It is also possible to manufacture a bracket to connect the hydraulic hammer instead of the cutter head, in order to overcome the boulders with a hardness higher than the excavating capacity of the machine.
