Sarcheshmeh Copper Mine Project

Sarcheshmeh copper mine is located 160 km southwest of Kerman and is the largest copper producer in Iran. In one of the underground sections of this large mine, for the first time, mechanized underground excavating was carried out by the Shayan Roadheader, which significantly increased the efficiency. In this project, the work front was made of igneous rocks with a resistance of 45 MPa, which was excavated in a cross section of 4.5 meters by 4.5 meters.
